2. User Responsibilities

By using SEO Store, you agree:

1. To provide accurate information when placing an order

2. To not use our services for spam, illegal activity, or manipulation in violation of Google’s or any platform’s terms

3. To use purchased links ethically and as part of a broader SEO strategy

We reserve the right to refuse service to any website or individual at our discretion.

3. Delivery & Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimated on each product page. Typical delivery ranges from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the service and volume.

Delays caused by third-party publishers or client-side delays (e.g., pending approvals) are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the manual nature of our services and the fact that links and content cannot be “returned” once placed:

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been initiated.

In rare cases of non-delivery or service failure, SEO Store may offer a replacement or alternative at its discretion.

5. Content & Approval

Where included, content is written by SEO Store’s in-house team or trusted writers.

Clients may:

1. Submit their own content (where permitted)

2. Request content approval before placement (in selected packages)

All final placements are made at SEO Store’s discretion, based on editorial guidelines of the third-party sites.

6. Link Guarantees

We guarantee:

1. Live links upon delivery

2. DoFollow placement (unless otherwise specified)

3. 60-day replacement for links that are removed

After 60 days, the hosting website may change its structure or remove content — SEO Store is not liable beyond the guaranteed period.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO Store shall not be held liable for:

1. Changes in search engine rankings

2. Manual penalties or algorithmic fluctuations

3. Loss of business resulting from misuse of services

All services are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties. Results may vary depending on niche, competition, and other external factors.

8. Privacy Policy

All customer information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers. Order-related data may be shared with writers, outreach partners, or publishers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by SEO Store remains the intellectual property of the customer once delivered.

SEO Store retains the right to reuse anonymized or generic campaign data for internal training and marketing analysis.
